Recipe Amazing Indian Fish Curry
It’s a very flavored Indian curry. So, make sure you have enough for everyone!

List of Ingredients:
- 2 tsp. mustard
- Salt and black pepper to the taste
- 4 fish fillets
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 yellow onion finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 5 cashew nuts cut in halves
- 1-inch ginger root chopped
- Cayenne pepper to the taste
- ½ tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 1 tsp. sugar
- ¼ cup veggie stock
- ½ cup canned tomatoes chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro finely chopped
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix 2 Tbsp. oil with salt, black pepper and mustard and stir well.
2. Add fish fillets, toss to coat, cover bowl and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, in your food processor mix cashews with onion, ginger and garlic and blend well.
4. Heat up a pan with 1 Tbsp. oil over medium high heat, add onion and cashew paste, stir and cook for 1 minutes.
5. Add salt to the taste, cayenne pepper, coriander, turmeric, cumin and sugar, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Add stock and tomatoes, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Take fish out of the fridge, transfer to a baking dish and discard marinade.
8. Add sauce you’ve just made, cover dish, introduce in the oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 30 minutes.
9. Sprinkle cilantro on top at the end, transfer to plates and serve.
